Counter insurgency operations to continue in Assam: PC

After a high-level meeting with the chief of Assam Tarun Gogoi and other senior officials of the state including the top brass of the security forces at Guwahati on Tuesday, India's Home Minister P Chidambaram said that the counter insurgency operations in Assam will continue till the rebels lay down their arms and shun violence.
