Heavy rains halts Delhi

Heavy rains, which lasted about four hours, left a majority of roads in national capital New Delhi flooded, and caused a pile-up of traffic at key intersections on Saturday. Places like ITO, Laxmi Nagar, Moti Bagh, Kashmiri Gate, Munirka, Dwarka and Dhaula Kuan reported vehicle breakdowns.
