Heavy rains lash Indian capital

Normal life was thrown out of gear as incessant rain since late Wednesday night lashed New Delhi leading to water-logging and traffic jams in several places. Office goers had a harrowing time as traffic moved at a snail's pace on Thursday morning. Roads were chocked, many cars broke down creating further chaos.
