Hikaka to be released but with conditions

A phone conversation of Maoist leader, Aruna, with a local reporter Raju, has revealed that tribal BJD MLA Hikaka will be handed over to his wife and a lawyer at Balipeta tomorrow, but the 150 member praja court has a few conditions – Hikaka had to agree that as a local tribal MLA he did little for the upliftment of his own people, he had to agree that he will resign as a legislator, lead an ordinary life and sever all links with his former party.
