In a bid to end the rising speculation regarding his resignation, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, said on Saturday that he has no immediate plan to resign or go into exile. Musharraf has ruled Pakistan for almost a decade, but recent reports, suggested that he was on the verge of stepping down. This was mainly due to growing pressure from the country's coalition government leaders, after his party was defeated in the general elections.
