Ice-Hockey players in Leh are demanding the affiliation of the game with the Sports Council and basic facilities for the development of the game. People associated with the game feel that lack of infrastructure is coming in the way of producing quality players. Since the game is also not affiliated with the Sports Council, players are deprived of many benefits and concessions provided to other players.
