Addressing a news conference in New Delhi on Friday, Foreign Secretary, Shiv Shanker Menon expressed hope to wrap up talks with the UN nuclear watchdog, IAEA, this month. India is holding talks with IAEA, International Atomic Energy Agency, for a safeguard pact needed to advance a controversial civilian nuclear energy deal with the United States.
