India and Pakistan hold talks on Wullar barrage

Water secretaries of India and Pakistan met in New Delhi on Thursday to sort out differences over the Wullar barrage/Tulbul navigation project on river Jhelum in Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian side is led by Water Resources Secretary Gauri Chatterji while Pakistani delegation is headed by Secretary for Water and Power Ismail Qureshi. The two-day Water Secretary-level talks are the part of the four round of composite dialogue.
