Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh epicenter of naxal terror: Chidambaram

India's Home Minister P Chidambaram called Jharkhand and central Chhattisgarh as the epicenter of Maoist extremism. Chidambaram, who was on a whirlwind tour of Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand ahead of a major offensive against the outlawed outfit in the two states, further added that the Army would not be involved in the offensive against Naxals.
