Know meaning of secularism before explaining it: Cong

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, in his address to Indians in the states of Edison, New Jersey, Chicago, Illinois in the US through video conference said that his definition of secularism is very simple - India first. In retaliation, Congress hit out at him and said that those who want to explain the meaning of secularism, should know its definition first.
