Lalu hopes UPA will emerge victorious in polls

Indian Railway Minister and chief of regional RJD party, Lalu Prasad expressed hope on Tuesday that the Congress-led ruling UPA would emerge victorious in the elections. Lalu's RJD broke ranks with the Congress over the issue of seat sharing in Bihar. The RJD and the Lok Janashakti Party have announced plans to contest all 40 seats in Bihar.
