Latest Kashmir attack, a handiwork of sleeping cells: BSF

While reacting to the latest incident of soldiers gunning down two separatist militants holed up in a hotel in Kashmir after an almost two-day gun battle Baljit Singh, Inspector General of Border Security Force (BSF) said the attack was a handiwork of sleeping cells. He said this at a reception hosted by the BSF on Friday at Srinagar, for a team of students from Kashmir valley who were taken on a tour of India.
