Lehar weakened further, but will hit ‘Helen affected victims’ again

The cyclone Lehar before crossing the Andhra Pradesh coast weakened further on Thursday and is now expected to cross the state as depression, said NDMA vice-chairman M Shashidhar Reddy. He said that the bad news is that the cyclone will hit the same part of the region and same victims who were affected by the cyclone Helen which hit the state earlier.
