Maharashtra govt orders judicial probe into Adarsh scam

Maharashtra Chief Prithviraj Chavan announced on Saturday for judicial probe into the Adarsh Housing Society Scam. Chavan informed media that the two persons will be appointed to probe into the scam and the commission would comprise former Mumbai High Court Chief Justice J A Patil and former Maharashtra Chief Secretary P. Subramanian. He further added that the state government would also request the commission to find out ways for more transparency and better regulation in the entire real estate field.
