Maoists murder former 'Salwa Judum' leader

Maoists killed a former leader of the 'Salwa Judum', the local militia in Gunlapanta area of Bijapur in Chhattisgarh. Raghu Singh was a member of the Anti-Maoist Civil Militia Movement, and was leading the movement in the district. Singh was killed while he was on a routine inspection on his farms. Police came to know about the incident around 12.30 pm. Nagvanshi said investigations are underway and the police will take action soon.
