Maoists set vehicles on fire in West Bengal

Maoists on Friday burnt vehicles at Nayagram in West Midnapore district of West Bengal. Maoists burnt the vehicles on the third day of the shutdown called by them to force the withdrawal of joint forces. Some locals said that the Maoists are continuing to group in Orissa and the border areas of West Bengal. The Maoists have termed their call for shutdown as indefinite till the cessation of Operation Green Hunt.
