Modi defending Amitabh out of frustration: Congress
Updated on Mar 30, 2010 08:59 pm IST
Congress party on Monday criticised Gujarat chief Narendra Modi for defending the presence of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan at the inaugural function Bandra-Worli Sea Link's second phase in Mumbai. Citing this, Ambika Soni, central Minister of Information and Broadcasting, said that it reflected a sign of frustrated mind of Modi. It may be recalled that Modi on his blog has sarcastically commented that those who were objecting to Bachchan's presence at a government function are like 'Talibans of untouchability'.
