More rural courts to be set up for speedy justice: Moily

While addressing the regional meeting of state governments and High Courts on implementation of 13th Finance Commission grants and other measures for judicial reforms, India's Law Minister M Veerappa Moily in New Delhi on Sunday said that more rural courts including mobile courts are to be set up in aid of speedier justice to the common man. He also disclosed that a grant of 50 billion rupees has been given by 13th Finance Commission to revamp the country's present judicial system.
