Muslims patronize epic play 'Ramayana'

Muslims in Lucknow are busy preparing to take part in Ramlila, a stage show on the life and events of Hindu Lord Rama from the epic, 'Ramayana'. The actors feel that in these times when as many as four states in India are reeling under communal violence, festivals can bring people closer. Condemning the acts of terror, one of the actors said that Hindus and Muslims should unite and fight the evils of the society together.
