NASSCOM hopes for growth of IT outsourcing at lower end of 11%

IT (Information Technology) industry body, the National Association of Software and Services companies (NASSCOM), has said that the industry's outsourcing sector is likely to meet the lower end of the growth outlook of 11 to 14 percent for this fiscal year. Meanwhile talking to mediapersons about the confidence of achieving the goal, NASSCOM's chairman N. Chandrasekaran said that this can be said after the analysis that was done from the guidance points received on the performances from the various IT companies. He also added that while meeting the lower ends of the guidance, the industry hopes to see double digit growth in Financial Year 2013.
