Updated on Jul 23, 2012 10:16 pm IST
The crucial meeting of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), a constituent of the UPA, today remained inconclusive with the top leadership deciding to meet again to decide on coalition with the UPA. However, NCP senior leader Praful Patel said that the party continues to be an integral part of the UPA till it takes a final decision on future of their alliance. Patel, said that the decision had to be deferred because leaders from the Maharashtra were not present in the meeting presided by NCP chief Sharad Pawar. Patel also refuted the allegations that NCP had put pressure on the Congress Party to save its ministers embroiled in scam in Maharashtra.
