No rollback in fuel prices: Murli Deora
Updated on Jul 28, 2010 11:05 pm IST
Defending the government's move of hiking the fuel prices, India's Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Murli Deora on Tuesday ruled out any roll back in prices of petroleum products and said that the hike in the prices is very nominal. He also said that the price rise was inevitable since the government could no more bear losses incurred due to subsidies extended to the people and the illegal trade of kerosene.
