No VIP can do aerial survey of flood hit areas: Shinde

Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Saturday said no VIP or politician will be allowed to do aerial surveys of the flood-hit areas of the Uttarakhand as it would hamper relief and rescue operations.
