Normalcy returns to Muzaffarnagar, curfew relaxed

Normalcy returned to violence-hit Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh as the district administration relaxed curfew for few hours at many places. However, Rashtriya Lok Dal leader, Sanjay Singh Chauhan, said that the situation is still unstable even as life is gradually limping back to normal.
