Only telecom min can't be blamed for 2G scam: CPI(M)

Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leader Sitaram Yechury has said that only the former telecom minister A Raja cannot be held liable for the 2G spectrum scam. He said that the report circulated by JPC is a cover up.
