'Pak should take action against militant outfits'

Indian Foreign Minister, Pranab Mukherjee, on Friday urged Pakistan to take action against the militant outfits operating from its soil in any form and under any name. India is apprehensive that the militant outfit Jamaat-ud-Dawa that was earlier functioning under the name of Lashkar-e-Taiba will change its name once again to evade the bans imposed on it.
