Polling began on a dull note in ten assembly segments in the first of seven-phase elections in Jammu and Kashmir amid unprecedented security arrangements on Monday. Over 600,000 voters are eligible to exercise their franchise to choose 10 representatives tomorrow in the most-keenly fought Assembly elections in the State, despite boycott call by separatists.
