Ruchika molestation case: Ex-DGP Rathore to get pension

Former Haryana DGP S P S Rathore convicted in the Ruchika Gilhotra Molestation case is being given back his pension. The Central Administrative Tribunal in Chandigarh ordered restoration of the pension, which was stopped following his conviction, on the basis that the pension of a person is not a bounty but a legal entitlement.
