The Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, on its very first day of the budget session, has been adjourned till 12.30 pm after the BSP MLAs created ruckus accusing the state government of shielding corruption. The MLAs belonging to the opposition BSP trooped to the Well of the House and interrupted the Governor's speech. This is the first budget session of newly elected Samajwadi Party government in the state. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav leading the party will table his maiden budget in the House on June 1. The opposition meanwhile, has chalked out the strategy to corner the government over the deteriorating law and order situation in the state.
