Shale MoU may be signed during Obama visit: Deora

India plans to enter a Memorandum of Understanding with the United States during the forthcoming visit of the US President Barack Obama in shale gas exploration. Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Murli Deora said this at an event to mark the opening of a new bidding round for conventional oil and gas blocks in Mumbai on Monday.
