Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday promised that by December this year, 50,000 homes to those without shelter would be in place. Additionally, she announced that these homes would be handed out free of cost to people belonging to the Scheduled Class (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), and for a minimal fee-payable over time-to others.
