Sibal assures help to building collapse victims

HRD minister Kapil Sibal has said that all possible help would be extended to the victims of the building collapse in old Delhi's Chandni Mahal area, which claimed over five lives and injured many others. However, the minister faced the ire of the locals of the area,when he went to see the victims at the Lok Nayak Jai Prakash hospital, yesterday night.
