Sibal for better scientific research

Indian Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Kapil Sibal on Friday stressed upon the need to promote scientific research with an assurance that the Government is making all efforts to encourage development and commercialisation of inventions and innovations. He said this on the eve of National Science Day that is being celebrated on the theme 'Expanding Horizon of Science' and several science communicators honoured with cash prizes and commendations.
