Sonia Gandhi on Naga peace accord | Govt didn't consult CMs of north-east shows arrogance

Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Thursday slammed the Central government for not consulting the Chief Ministers of north-eastern states before signing the Naga peace accord. Gandhi said that the government not consulting CMs of north-east who will directly be affected by the accord shows its arrogance. The Central government had signed a historic peace accord with separatists group of Nagaland to maintain peace in the north-eastern states.
