Kashmir is all set to receive winter tourists as the mercury began to dip sharply. The weather has turned chilly, but the bright sunshine and a little bit of snowfall now and then have added to the allure of the scenic place. The tourists are having a good time enjoying the weather in the backdrop of the snow-clad Himalayas. City-dwellers from across India were seen enjoying the ice-cold condition. Weather officials on Saturday said that the minimum temperature in Srinagar was minus 4 degrees Celsius.
