Traders, consumers hope for stable onion prices

The Onion tears may start fading away as onion traders decided to call off their strike yesterday, which may result in normalcy in prices of the vegetable in coming days. Evidently, traders had gone on a strike to protest the alleged harassment by IT officials during raids in wholesale market. Delhi's main wholesale vegetable market Azadpur Mandi opened on Thursday, which brought a big relief to the consumers.
