While addressing a rally in Bihar's Barbigha district, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's fashion sense while citing his repeated changes during his recent US visit. He also mocked his 'Mann ki Baat' radio broadcast and said he should ensure dialogue. The Gandhi scion has taken frequent jibes at Modi's numerous foreign trips while questioning his responsibility to the country's poor. While extending the dialogue at the rally he said Modi is always going on world tours, but he had not seen him standing even once with a farmer or an unemployed youth. He also reiterated that Narendra Modi- led government is pro business who thinks only businessmen and bureaucrats have knowledge and skill and other less important with limited educational qualification do not have any knowledge.
