In a bid to help the families of the victims, who have been inhumanly killed or violated by Maoists, state government in Bankura district of West Bengal offered compensation to the families. The relatives heaved a sigh of relief, as this would help them to sustain the poor family members. A good amount of Rupees 3,00,000 each has been given to the members of the families, who have either lost their near ones or have been threatened by Maoists.
