Israel fails yet another Hamas bid to infiltrate fighters & abduct soldiers

Israeli Armed Forces discovered and blocked a tunnel leading out of the Gaza strip. The tunnel, now blocked, had been dug by the Palestinian enclave's Hamas rulers. Israel says Hamas aims to use 'attack' tunnels to infiltrate fighters & abduct soldiers; Hamas also eyes civilian abductions - bargaining chips in prison exchanges. The tunnel stopped short of an underground concrete barrier; known as the 'Iron Wall'. The 'Iron Wall' is equipped with sensors, radars & cameras to counter threats. 'Partly filled with engineering materials', Israel sealed off the tunnel. Gaza's ruling Hamas group flagged 'the arrogance & criminality' of Israel. Hamas stated the Palestinian resistance has the right to use all means to boost capabilities.
