Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked Congress over 1984 anti-Sikh riots during his rally in Haryana's Fatehabad. PM Modi said the Congress is awarding people who were part of 1984-anti Sikh riots. “Sikhs were killed in 1984 on Congress' command,” PM Modi said.
