PM Modi takes a jibe at Mamata Banerjee, calls her ‘speed breaker Didi’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a jibe at West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee. While addressing a public gathering at West Bengal's Siliguri, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Mamata Banerjee 'speed breaker Didi'. “I have not been able to deliver development in Bengal at the pace that I have achieved in other states. This state has a speed breaker which is known as Didi,” remarked Modi. He alleged that she (Didi) does not care about the poor. “If poverty is removed, her politics will end. The same is true for the CPI(M),” remarked the Prime Minister.
