2002 Riots: Case against Teesta Setalvad explained; Amnesty India condemns

  • Activist-journalist Teesta Setalvad has been handed over to Ahmedabad crime branch after being arrested by Gujarat ATS for allegedly faking evidence in 2002 Gujarat riots case. Quoting SC order clearing Prime Minister Modi in 2002 riots case, Gujarat Police took the activist into custody. She has been produced in the court where police has accused her of non-cooperating.
