‘Acquitted despite enough evidence, will appeal in HC’: Goa CM on Tarun Tejpal

- Hours after Tarun Tejpal was acquitted in a 2013 rape case by a sessions court in Goa, now the state government has said that they will appeal against the verdict in the High Court. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that there is enough evidence against the founder of Tehelka magazine and added that his government would ensure that the woman gets justice. Tejpal had been accused of sexual assault by a junior colleague in 2013. Watch the full video for all the details.
