'Catastrophic consequences': Biden's warning after Putin threatened to use nukes

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in an interview, confirmed reports that the U.S. has sent private warnings to the Putin administration to steer clear of nuclear war. Not just Blinken, Joe Biden's National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, also said that the U.S. has warned Russia at "very high levels" of "catastrophic consequences" for using nukes.
