Greta Thunberg backs jailed activist Disha Ravi, tweets on ‘human rights’

- Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg extended support to Indian climate activist Disha Ravi over the toolkit case arrest. The 18-year-old Thunberg tweeted, "Freedom of speech and the right to peaceful protest and assembly are non-negotiable human rights. These must be a fundamental part of any democracy." Disha Ravi’s jail term was extended by Delhi’s Patiala Court on Friday on Delhi police’s demand. Ravi was arrested on February 13 in connection with toolkit case.
