Haryana: Protesting farmers lathicharged by police in Rohtak, injuries reported

Farmers held a protest against Haryana chief minister ML Khattar in Rohtak. Farmers were allegedly lathi-charged by the police. An elderly farmer and a cop were reportedly injured during the incident. Farmers gathered outside a private university where the chief minister had to arrive. Heavy police security arrangements were made outside the university. Police put up barricades to stop farmers and stone pelting was reported.
