- Joe Biden administration's F-16 support to Pakistan has upset QUAD partner India. New Delhi has expressed its displeasure to Washington through diplomatic channels. This after the U.S. approved a $450 million deal with Pak to help maintain its F-16 fleet. Washington, on its part, has let India know that the multi-million dollar support will not impact India or alter the military balance in the Indian sub-continent.
