India has stepped up Vacuum Gas Oil (VGO) exports to the U.S and the West as per a Reuters report. It added that VGO cargoes bought from Indian refiner Nayara Energy are likely to head to the U.S or Europe in December after being loaded from India's Vadinar port. The move comes as the U.S has shunned Russian oil imports over its war in Ukraine.
