J&K: Forces destroy 35 kg IED on Srinagar outskirts; Major terror plot foiled

Jammu and Kashmir police and Army averted a major terror tragedy after they recovered an IED in Srinagar. The IED, which weighed 30-35 kg, was recovered from an orchard area on the outskirts of J&K summer capital. The IED was later destroyed by the forces through a controlled explosion.
