Jodhpur doctor turns demon: chains dog to car & drags it mercilessly; FIR filed

In a horrific case of animal cruelty, a man tied a dog to his car and mercilessly dragged it around the city. A video of the incident shows the man, who is a doctor by profession, driving the car while the chained dog struggles to keep up with the vehicle. The dog also had a piece of cloth tied around its mouth. A passerby on a bike spotted the animal abuse and immediately interjected. The dog has suffered several bruises and multiple fractures.
